The Toko
Project.

An AI consultancy that started by building local small businesses real websites, and is growing into executive AI coaching and product strategy for the operators I already work with. Scaled from $0 to 5 figures, run almost entirely by a fleet of AI agents I built and direct myself.

5 Figures Revenue scaled since founding, no outside funding
10+ Active and paying clients
2,000+ Small businesses contacted, first touch to close
4 Specialized AI agents running the business day to day

Toko is Indonesian for shop.

My Oma emigrated from Indonesia with almost nothing and opened a small tailor shop. No outside funding, no safety net, just a needle, a table, and enough stubbornness to keep the lights on. That shop fed a family and built a life from scratch.

I named this business after it. Every client I work with is running their own version of that same shop: a trade they're good at, a small crew, no marketing department. The Toko Project exists to give them the same thing my Oma had to build by hand: a real, professional presence, done honestly, without agency overhead standing between the work and the person doing it.

A four person team of one.

Instead of hiring, I built a suite of specialized AI agents, each scoped to a single function, each with real authority over its part of the business. I review and direct the work; they execute it.
